Family has always been at the heart of the company. Samuel and Sonia welcomed their first daughter, Soleil Kisling, on March 1, 2020, shortly before beginning their business journey. Their second daughter, Sicily Anne Kisling, was born on December 12, 2022, as Uncle Sam’s continued to grow. What started as a one-person operation has since developed into a team of eight employees serving homes and businesses within an approximately 100-mile radius across Tennessee and Missouri. Uncle Sam’s is licensed and insured in multiple states and is equipped to complete residential, commercial, and industrial service work, replacements, and improvement projects

Plumbing Lead
Lequante Abbott joined Uncle Sam’s in December 2024, bringing five years of previous plumbing experience to our team. Since then, he has become a trusted and valuable member of the Uncle Sam’s family, earning numerous five-star customer reviews through his quality workmanship, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.
As our Lead Plumbing Technician, Lequante leads our plumbing team with integrity, skill, and a commitment to treating every customer and property with respect. Outside of work, he is a devoted husband and family man who values time with his wonderful family.
Dispatcher
Isabella “Bella” May joined Uncle Sam’s in July 2026 as the company’s first dedicated dispatcher. Her excellent character, strong values, and positive attitude have made her a much-needed asset to our growing team.
Bella helps coordinate customer calls and technician schedules, providing faster response and dispatch times. As Uncle Sam’s continues to grow and expand, her organization, professionalism, and commitment to customer service help keep our daily operations running smoothly.
Sales Technician
David “Clint” Fowlkes joined Uncle Sam’s on March 9, 2026, becoming the company’s first dedicated Sales Technician. He has been an outstanding addition to our team, assisting with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical projects while providing customers with thorough, professional estimates tailored to their needs.
Clint is known for his strong values, dependable work ethic, and commitment to excellent customer service. A devoted husband and father, he enjoys spending Sundays and his weekends away from on-call duty attending church and making memories with his family.
Plumbing Technician
Cody Alford joined Uncle Sam’s on February 11, 2026, bringing five years of previous plumbing experience to our team. Since joining the company, he has been a tremendous asset to our plumbing department, readily assisting with repipes, plumbing system changeouts, underground leak detection, and a wide variety of service and installation projects.
Cody is known for his hands-on experience, dependable work ethic, and willingness to help wherever needed. Outside of work, he enjoys spending his free time hunting and fishing.
HVAC Lead
Freedom Protection Plan Technician
Harrison Caviness joined Uncle Sam’s on June 10, 2026, shortly after graduating from school in May 2026. He completed his HVAC training and earned his EPA certification before stepping into his role as a Freedom Protection Plan Technician.
Through detailed inspections and preventative maintenance, Harrison helps keep our members’ plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. He approaches every service visit with care, cleanliness, and respect, helping protect the essential systems our customers depend on.
Freedom Protection Plan Technician
Jose Jr. Gomez joined Uncle Sam’s on June 23, 2026. After completing his refrigeration training and earning his EPA certification, he advanced into his role as a full-time Freedom Protection Plan Technician.
Jose enjoys expanding his knowledge and developing his skills across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. Through continued hands-on experience and training, he is working toward becoming a well-rounded residential and commercial service technician.
Office Administrator
Gina Sampson joined Uncle Sam’s on July 22, 2024, and has been a tremendous asset to our company. She played an important role in implementing our current customer-management system and now assists with team development, payroll administration, and customer-call overflow.
Gina approaches customer care with strong faith and family values, helping ensure every customer is treated with kindness, patience, and respect. A devoted wife and family member, she enjoys having Sundays off and the flexibility to work remotely part-time while traveling with her family.
